Position: CCTV Engineer / Network Engineer

Job Location: Mumbai

Experience Required: 1-3 years

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems for commercial and residential clients.
• Mount cameras, run cables, and set up recording devices in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct site surveys to assess client needs and determine optimal camera placement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CCTV systems, including camera malfunctions, recording errors, and network connectivity problems.
• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person visits.
• Assist with network infrastructure projects, including installing routers, switches, and access points.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in CCTV and networking.

Skills Required

• 1-3 years of experience in CCTV installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of network infrastructure, including TCP/IP, Ethernet, and WLAN.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems and equipment from leading manufacturers (e.g., Hikvision, Dahua).
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, ITI: Electronics or related field preferred.
