Role Overview:
The Presales Executive will support the sales team by understanding client requirements, preparing technical solutions, and delivering impactful presentations and proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs
- Prepare technical proposals, presentations, and solution documents
- Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions
- Provide technical support during client meetings and discussions
- Collaborate with product and technical teams for customized solutions
- Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders with accurate technical inputs
- Stay updated with industry trends and company offerings
Required Skills:
- Strong technical understanding (preferably in IT, cybersecurity, or surveillance systems)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions
- Experience in presales or technical support role is preferred
